Ever since I can remember I have had a love and fascination with pictures - moving and still. I could not wait to be put in charge of holding the camera so I could capture moments in life and catch memories that would last forever. In the first video I ever made, I placed the camera on its side and pretended I was climbing up a mountain. Even at the age of nine, the thought that a box was able to portray life through images was so mesmerizing to me. The older I grew, the more I desired to learn about cameras. The desire turned from curiousity into a passion to capture memories for people.
I was 21 when I was given the chance to use a professional camera. My wife had bought one for a mission’s trip. At the time, we were engaged. I was headed to my fiancée’s, now wife’s, apartment - I cannot even remember the reason. As I was driving, I was awestruck by the beautiful sunset. The moment I arrived, I ran inside to grab the camera. It was the first time I had really ever used this sort of camera. I rushed out to the field and took some quick photos. Ever since, I have not put the camera down.
In everything that I do, I strive to glorify God. He is my life source and my passion. God is the Creator of all things. Since He is the Creator, I go to Him for the inspiration that is needed to change the world with the passions He has given me. God has given me a passion for photography, but I am not just a photographer... I work tirelessly to creatively and artistically tell the inspiring stories of people's lives.
